Coffee has pleasant fruit aftertaste with well distinguishable notes of a dried peel of tangerine. The green grains are obtained directly from the Finca Santa Matilde plantation. Coffee seeds have passed wet processing, as a rule. EL Salvador is refered to high-quality organic varieties. Grains of coffee are sorted and selected manually. A ready-made drink made from such coffee is characterized by excellent taste qualities. It is suitable for making coffee in an alternative way.
