Coffee EL Salvador is wellknown by a deep balanced taste, dense consistency and with the expressed citrus sourness. Coffee has pleasant fruit aftertaste with well distinguishable notes of a dried peel of tangerine. The green grains are obtained directly from the Finca Santa Matilde plantation. Coffee seeds have passed wet processing, as a rule. EL Salvador is refered to high-quality organic varieties. Grains of coffee are sorted and selected manually. A ready-made drink made from such coffee is characterized by excellent taste qualities. It is suitable for making coffee in an alternative way. We recommended for making coffee in jezve, filter coffee makers. The maximum quantity of acids and air remain after light roasting, that`s why chario, aeropress and kemiks has very saturated and bright taste.
