Nicaraguan coffee is the high-mountain coffee grown in Central America. The grade of Nicaragua grows on the coast of Central America. It has a rich bouquet, a light pleasant sourish and full flavor with a nut-chocolate tint. Grains of coffee have passed wet processing. It is refered to high-quality varieties. Grains of coffee are sorted and selected manually. A ready-made drink made from such coffee is characterized by excellent taste qualities. Nicaragua is suitable for making coffee in an alternative way. We recommend for making coffee in jezve, filter coffee makers. The maximum quantity of acids and air remain after light roasting, that`s why chario, aeropress and kemiks has very saturated and bright taste.
